Neville Smith is a highly regarded facilitator specialising in Human Behavior and Team Performance. Neville holds a Diploma of Management and a Graduate Diploma in Adult LLN. He also is a Certified Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner, delivering alternative therapy and coaching to many people for a variety of reasons.

Over ten years working in the corporate training and speaking industry, Neville has had the opportunity to work with some prominent companies in a wide range of industries, such as Mining, Banking, Government, Retail, Transport and the Media. His knowledge of and experience in explaining EQ, or Emotional Intelligence, as well as other contemporary leadership skills mean participants can leave with practical ways to deal with emotions, bias and understanding others. Leadership and Influence is his forte, and has delivered to Frontline leaders and CEO’s alike.

An award winning Toastmaster, Neville continually practices the finer details of communicating effectively and shares this experience with others, whether helping to prepare for an important event or  better sharing of ideas to a group, all while still enjoying the process. Neville combines his knowledge of NLP and his love of speaking to help people feel more comfortable communicating with others.
