Kendal Penney is a Psychologist, Organisational Consultant, Facilitator & Coach and is passionate about seeing individuals flourish and strives to provide clients with a friendly and relaxed environment when working together. As a practitioner, Kendal believes in a collaborative approach drawing on a range of therapeutic skills, to build clients’ psychological flexibility and resilience to reach their goals. Primarily, Kendal draws from a strengths-based framework and utilises Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support individuals to address their limiting thoughts and beliefs, identify their core values and nurture their strengths, empowering them to improve their quality of life.
Kendal has extensive experience in supporting individuals with relationships, career and health. Kendal has a special interest in working with individuals to build their capability across all areas of their life or business, women’s health issues, stress and burnout and performance enhancement.
Kendal brings twelve years’ experience working with strengths based frameworks, eight years combined experience in management and leadership roles; and formal training in psychology, professional coaching, training and assessment, neuro linguistic programming, and integrative nutrition.
