Kendal Penney is an Organisational Consultant, Facilitator & Coach with a specialised focus on enhancing organisational performance. A highly determined and integrative consultant, Kendal draws on a dynamic set of skills to help individuals, teams and organisations to foster resilience, refine core strengths and master a growth mindset. In doing so, Kendal works with clients to embrace challenges, mobilize resources, build decision-making capability and find innovative solutions towards operational efficiencies.
Kendal brings twelve years’ experience working with strengths based frameworks, eight years combined experience in management and leadership roles; and formal training in psychology, professional coaching, training and assessment, neuro linguistic programming, and integrative nutrition. This background provides Kendal with invaluable insight into the art of creating optimal performance solutions. As a practitioner, Kendal is committed to evidence-based interventions and where possible stays abreast current research trends within her field. Currently, she is conducting research into effective and impactful leadership in gender equity.
Kendal is a compassionate, brave and natural leader who loves to see others flourish. She thrives off new experiences and brings her enthusiasm for learning and making a real impact to everything she does. Kendal will be returning from maternity leave in July 2020, where she will be joining the team as a Psychologist.
