Courtney is a passionate and dedicated provisional psychologist who aims to create a safe, supportive and open environment where clients can feel comfortable to strive towards their goals. She has experience working with adolescents and adults with a variety of mental health diagnoses and in a multitude of mental health contexts. Courtney also has experience working in group contexts providing psychoeducation, intervention strategies and creating a space for collaborative change.

Courtney is motivated to work collaboratively with clients to improve functioning and overall quality of life. Courtney will work with you in developing a deeper understanding of the underlying processes that drive the challenges you face and reinforcing positive behavioural changes.

She believes in the importance of quality and goal-directed treatment, specialised for each unique client. This means that the therapeutic approach that is utilised will differ from person to person but may include techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) or Interpersonal Therapy.
